We can use high powered friction based cleaning equipment which is a new generation of alternatives to pressure washing for both commercial and domestic surfaces.

Armed with large and powerful rotating brushes, our equipment will remove thick moss and weeds from any hard surface getting into the cracks and crevices where moss and weeds reside.

Our dry-clean ECO process is quick and environmentally friendly and chemical free.

OR

Our HYBRID service uses a combination of soft washing (chemicals)  and dry-clean processes to give a superior, longer lasting finishing.

Amazingly, no electricity supply is needed!

However, we may need access to an external water point, depending on the process you choose.

Absolutely not – our equipment loves to devour moss and weeds!

Our system will not remove soaked in oil or similar stains.

You will find though, even if you do have a few problem areas on your driveway or patio, after Kealy Cleaning Co. turn up and get to work then these old stains will fade away in comparison to your newly refreshed surfaces.

Using the ECO service then no. Unlike pressure washing techniques our ECO cleaning system doesn’t wash out the joints in block paving or slabbed patios. Meaning you have to do nothing else but enjoy your fresh outside spaces.

If using the Hybrid system then some re-sanding maybe required due to the initial soft washing process. Though re-sanding is not required in most cases.
